Free parking is available right outside the door however please check the time restrictions as there is a choice of 30 mins or 4 hours between 9 am till 5 pm. The “grey ghost” does monitor the car park dishing out fines relentlessly so if you are not sure how long you will be unlimited parking is available on McCartney Cres or along the park across the road Rayment Reserve.

For all major appointments such as hair extensions or colour makeovers ie services over 2 hours long we require a $50 booking fee. This amount comes off your service total on the day of your appointment. Alternatively we can hold your credit card details (very securely!) and not charge the fee unless there is a late cancellation or no show.

We really appreciate 24 hours notice of any cancellations or rescheduling. This includes taking off a service at the last minute. We do our utmost to fill the spot contacting our cancellation list.

A $50 late cancellation fee applies only if we cannot fill your appointment.

Select from the menu a hot or cold beverage along with home-baked treats made with lots of love. All the refreshments are complimentary with your service.

We appreciate all feedback. This helps us improve, stay on top of our game and also lets us know if we are on the right track! We do not get offended or upset if you don’t like something we have done – we want you to be happy & feel loved when you walk out the door.

• Must advise us within 48 hours of your service.
• We will re-do the service at no charge if service is not as asked for or to standard – not if you simply change your mind or don’t like what you have asked to be done.
