Digital gift cards must be presented upon redemption, either digital (eg. phone or tablet), or a print out. Please schedule an appointment to ensure service availability.

Any person who has a copy of your digital gift card can use it, therefore it is your responsibility to keep your digital gift card safe and take all measures necessary to secure your email. Do not open your digital gift card on a public or shared computer terminal. Digital gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. No change is given and any balance remaining on the gift card. The gift card can be used in whole or part against future purchases until the total value of the card is exhausted. Remaining balances on gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Any balance that remains on the card after expiry will not be available for use. We reserve the right to change the above terms at any time.

• Purchase Price has a 3-year Expiry Date and must be redeemed by the expiry date
• Number is required at the time of booking
• Be redeemed for a service of the same or lesser value, or you can upgrade by paying the difference
• Not cash refundable and no refunds will be issued for differences in value if entire value is not redeemed
• Be used to purchase gift vouchers or be exchanged for cash or products
• Purchasing or redeeming a Gift Voucher you accept these Terms & Conditions

We have a strict booking fee policy in place due to repeat no-shows and last-minute cancellations. To reserve the appointment time, a $50 booking fee is required for each service scheduled. The booking Fee will be applied to your treatment service and taken off the total.  Please keep in mind that refunds on booking fees are non-refundable unless 48 hours notice is given.

Cancellation Policy

We understand unexpected situations may force you to cancel your appointment. If this occurs, we politely request a cancellation call 24 hours before your booked appointment. Your booking Fee will be forfeited if you miss, cancel, or change your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice.  Only exceptional circumstances will be considered if less than 24 hours notice given.

Individual bookings must provide 48 hours’ notice to permit credit; this credit serves as a deposit that can be carried over to the next available date. DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE; however, if you meet this requirement, they are transferable

Deposits for appointments that are cancelled and subsequently transferred can only be made ONCE. If you want to reschedule for the third time, you must arrange a new appointment and pay a new deposit.

Ιf you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your total appointment/service price.

Clients receive a text message alert reminding them of their upcoming appointment. This is an opportunity to confirm or reschedule your appointment if you are unable to attend.

We completely understand circumstances arise but we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice so our staff can rebook clients. Thank you for your understanding.
